Rules and returns for wellness goods and food supplements (non-medicinal).
1. Orders
- Submitting the form creates an order request. We may contact you to confirm availability and delivery.
- Please ensure your delivery information is accurate.
2. Prices
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and written like “110 £”.
- Any shipping costs (if applicable) are confirmed before payment.
3. Delivery
- Dispatch usually occurs within 1–2 business days (subject to stock).
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations.
4. Returns & refunds
- If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables may be non-returnable unless faulty/incorrect.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
5. Product guidance
- Read labels carefully and follow suggested use.
- Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
