1. Orders

2. Prices

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and written like “110 £”.
• Any shipping costs (if applicable) are confirmed before payment.

3. Delivery

• Dispatch usually occurs within 1–2 business days (subject to stock).
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations.

4. Returns & refunds

• If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables may be non-returnable unless faulty/incorrect.
• Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
